Cash payment shall be done latest before 10am on the 1st day of course start.
SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) cannot be used for Withdrawal/Cancellation penalties. Applicant must bear the full course fee (refer to withdrawal policy).
Applicant shall promptly provide ASPRI / funding agencies the necessary document to complete the funding application.
In any situation if ASPRI-IPI is unable to receive the SFC, applicant is liable to pay the outstanding course fee.
For all funded courses, applicant (refer to employer or trainee) is liable to pay the outstanding funded amount to ASPRI if the funding is rejected by the funding agencies, regardless whether the trainee has /has not successfully completed the training and assessment. This includes funding being “called back” by the funding agencies at any time (i.e., 5 years finance audit period, under “blacklist”, etc.)
Any deferment, cancellation and replacement shall be informed 03 working days prior to course start date, otherwise, full course fee (including any funded amount) will be charged.
Waiver and appeal will NOT be entertained for;
"No Show / Absent" without valid reason(s)
Late / No submission of supporting document (for examples, Medical Certificate, death certificate of immediately family member, etc.).
Late comers (30mins after course start time).
Failure to fulfil the training hours stipulated by the accreditation bodies and/or funding agencies
Supporting document must be submitted via email, within 05 working days from course start date, to appeal for waiver of full course fee or transfer to the next available course dates.
Participant(s) MUST bring original identification documents (i.e. Work Permit, Passport or NRIC).
No Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be issued unless separately requested by the company.
Properly attired (i.e., no short, slippers or sandals)
Revise the course fees without prior notice, reschedule, postpone or cancel classes as deemed necessary
Take photo and video during the course delivery for any marketing and promotion purpose
Eject and/or remove any participant due to unreasonable behavior during the course delivery.
