Official Richard Mille Service Centre
As an officially certified pre-owned retailer, VOT has full access to the Richard Mille service centre with our watchmakers trained at Richard Mille’s facility in Les Breuleux.
Our watchmakers perform comprehensive assessments, precise restorations, and rigorous testing to ensure each watch receives meticulous care and achieves ultimate perfection in every detail.
Authentication
VOT strictly adheres to Richard Mille‘s pre-owned certification protocol. Following thorough authentication and servicing by our technicians at the service center, each watch receives a certificate of authenticity and detailed service report.
Once the watch has been serviced, it will come with a service booklet and a 24-month Certified Pre-owned Warranty valid in all of the Richard Mille boutiques and in the certified pre-owned showrooms.
Watch Acquisition
Our sales advisors will revert with an estimated quotation based on the information received, followed by a comprehensive market appraisal. Clients may choose a direct sale to VOT with transaction completion or consignment through VOT for optimized market value.
