The site occupies 1.49 ha with an anticipated gross plot ratio of 1.4.  The development is expected to house up to 280 units providing suitable unit sizes for families with rooms ranging from 1 to 5 bedroom. Verdale will offer full condo facilities which include a 50-meter lap pool, sky decks, dip pool, spa, jacuzzi, a tennis court and more.
