This course provides essential training on supervising safe lifting operations, focusing on risk assessments, ground assessments, and ensuring safe conditions for lifting with mobile cranes. Participants will learn about relevant legislation, roles and responsibilities of lifting personnel, and safe work procedures. The course covers load types, load charts, and terminology, as well as crane types, rigging equipment, lifting gears, and accessories. Students will also be trained in reporting crane defects, implementing preventive measures, and controlling lifting hazards. By the end, participants will be equipped to safely supervise lifting operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
