How do I retrieve my e-certificate from IPI eConnect II?

If you have completed the course but the e-certificate has not been generated, go to “E-Learning,” access the course, and ensure the final module, “Course Completion,” is marked as completed.

If you have followed the steps above and still cannot retrieve your e-certificate, please email us at enquiries@ipi.org.sg.

How do I retrieve my e-certificate from IPI eConnect II?

No physical card will be issued for Shell Bukom SIC and Shell Tuas SIC. Kindly contact your Shell Sponsor directly for further information.

For Shell Jurong Island, kindly write in to safetypass@ipi.org.sg with the e-certificate copy of the e- certificate to request for the physical card.

Kindly ensure that the information on the e-certificate is accurate before submitting it for printing. Amendments after printing will incur an administrative fee of $10.00 (before GST).

How long is the e-certificate validity?

Shell Jurong Island: E-Certificate is valid for 3 months from the date of completion and the physical
card will be valid for 3 years from the date of completion.

Shell Bukom: E-certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of completion

Shell Tuas: E-certificate is valid for 2 years from the date of completion

The physical card(s) can be collected at ASPRI Integrated Training Centre (AITC) located at 5D Jalan
Papan, #01-38, Singapore 619421.
A collection slip email will be sent to the requester’s email once the physical card is ready for
collection.

What are the physical card collection methods and how do I know that the physical card is ready for collection?

If I have misplaced my e-certificate, how can I request for a replacement?

As the physical card is a controlled item, kindly file a police report indicating the loss of the physical card and submit the police report to enquiries@ipi.org.sg or visit our office at 5D Jalan Papan, #01-38, Singapore 619421 to request for a reprint.
Please note that a replacement fee of $10.00 (before GST) will apply per card.
