This course equips learners with essential knowledge of workplace safety and health (WSH) practices in metal work. Key topics include understanding WSH legal obligations, worker rights and responsibilities under the WSH Act, Employment Act, and Work Injury Compensation Act. Learners will identify common safety signs, workplace hazards, and proper risk control measures. Emphasis is placed on selecting, using, and maintaining personal protective equipment (PPE) effectively. Participants will also learn to follow safe work procedures and respond to fire emergencies to ensure workplace safety.
