We are happy to offer returns within 7 days for any defective items that you have purchased on SCRAFTT.com, if the following conditions are met:

Do send us the following to wecare@scraftt.com in order for us to facilitate your return request as our team must first receive and access this:

• Photo of the defect(s) within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection, and
• Item purchased has a manufacturing defect or damage caused by delivery.

• The value of returned product(s) will be credited to you via store credits
• All returned product(s)’ delivery and shipping charges will be borne by SCRAFTT.
